Specimen Collection: We strictly adhere to collecting specimens only upon receiving a valid order from a licensed Physician or a lab-labeled requisition form. Please be aware that we do not offer medical advice, treatment, or diagnostic services.

Sample Deliveries: VYLW handles the delivery of specimens to the lab. However, for specimens that require pick-up via courier service, we must emphasize that we are not responsible for any delays once the sample is in the hands of the courier service.

Information Requirements: To guarantee accuracy, we kindly request that essential information, such as patient ID, a copy of your insurance card (front and back), and lab orders, be submitted to our office at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to meet this requirement may necessitate rescheduling.
Lab Errors: We would like to clarify that we are not accountable for any errors that may occur during the laboratory's processing of specimens. The laboratory takes full responsibility for processing specimens upon receipt. In the event of a lab error, we are ready to assist by offering specimen recollection at a discounted rate. Any errors made by VYLW will be rectified at no additional cost.

Billing Matters: Should you have any questions or issues regarding billing for tests collected through our service, we kindly direct you to contact your insurance company or the laboratory's billing department.

Payment Procedure: Generally, payment for our services is collected 24-48hours before the service itself.

Insurance Claims: We do not handle insurance billing. Clients are responsible for submitting claims to their insurance providers, and there is no guarantee of reimbursement.

Independence: It is essential to recognize that Vineyard Labs and Wellness operates as an independent convenience service. We are not affiliated with any laboratories, doctor's offices, or hospitals. Consequently, we lack the authority to provide discounts for lab tests.

Results Retrieval: It is crucial to note that we do not receive or manage test results on behalf of our clients. All test results must be obtained directly from your physician, who is responsible for their reception and communication.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. We will not disclose personal information to unauthorized individuals or entities unless we receive written authorization from the patient.

Cancellation Policy:


In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice to accommodate necessary adjustments. A cancellation will incur an inconvenience fee of $25 for rescheduling. If you require a rescheduled appointment, please submit a request via email to Customerservice@vineyardlabsandwellness.com, including your name, original appointment time, and address.
